Under our Money Back Guarantee, we'll refund your purchase in full if you are eligible.

To be eligible:

1. You must request a refund within thirty (30) days of making the purchase.

2. You have not received a refund under this guarantee in the past.

3. If applicable and available as part of the Services, you must not have used more than five (5) subscription unlocks.

4. If applicable and available as part of the Services, you must not have asked more than one (1) subscription tutor question. 

5. If applicable, available, and offered as part of the Services, if you purchased a Hero Trio Subscription, you have not had more than (3) days of usage on either QuillBot or Symbolab.

We reserve the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Money Back Guarantee.
